Funciones eliminadas de enqueue-scripts.php:
- apus_enqueue_footer_styles()
- apus_enqueue_footer_contact_assets()

Motivo: La documentación especifica que TODO el CSS del Footer Contact
Form debe estar en style.css, NO en archivos separados.
