- add new spec for javascript-first adsense architecture
- enables page cache compatibility by moving visibility decisions to js
- includes rest endpoint, localstorage caching, cls prevention
- full clean architecture compliance (9.6/10 score)
- rename base specs with 00- prefix for ordering

specs included:
- 00arquitectura-limpia/spec.md (renamed)
- 00estandares-codigo/spec.md (renamed)
- adsense-javascript-first/spec.md (new, v1.5)
