fix(assets): Add Bootstrap vendor files with PascalCase paths

- Add Assets/Vendor/Bootstrap/ (CSS and JS)
- Add Assets/Vendor/Fonts/ (Bootstrap Icons fonts)
- Fix path references in enqueue-scripts.php to use PascalCase
- Remove vendor/ from .gitignore (not using Composer)

Fixes CSS 404 errors on Linux production server.
